Parkour Class Structure & Curriculum

Learn the basic movements of Parkour in these beginner friendly classes. Even the more experienced and advanced students will find value in our sessions with some of the original Singapore pioneers attending our sessions.

Our Classes integrate 3 important components of Parkour Training:

1. The Philosophy of Parkour.

A fundamental and vital component of Parkour is the mindset of the practitioner, the values and traits that need to be cultivated and developed to be strong in mind, body and spirit.

2. Body Conditioning.

As Parkour is a physically demanding discipline, one must strengthen the body – the muscles, the tendons, and ligaments and joints as well as develop balance and body awareness. This provides a strong foundation to master the ever increasing multitude of movements in Parkour. This also protects the body from injury*.

*We place particular emphasis on this as it isn’t uncommon for people to be overly enthusiastic about trying big movements beyond their body’s capacity, which often can lead to injury. Our aim is to condition the body well, and make sure our body is ready before attempting the more difficult and challenging movements so that we can train for many years to come.

3. Movements.

This is the fun part. Everyone loves learning the various movements to overcome obstacles. During this component of the training you will be guided in a structured and progressive format, helping you grasp the essential elements of a movement, while also allowing you the chance to make discoveries yourself. You will be taught Parkour fundamentals including jumping, landing, rolls, climbing, and passment (passing through and above obstacles and including movements like vaults)

Each class is basic enough for a beginner to follow, yet is scaled so that even the more advanced practitioners will get a good work out and a chance to further their progression in Parkour. Challenge yourself, have some fun and try a class today!

I’m currently looking for a class only on every weekends. So how much are the fees? I’m a little confuse with the different fees structure of the class. Would you kindly enlighten me. Thank you.

    Hi Fitree!

If you’ve already looked at the fee structure at,
then you will have read that there are 3 different ways to pay for class:

    1. The drop-in rate for our current weekend 2-hour classes is $40.

    2. Signing up for our monthly unlimited package is $100-$150 depending on commitment length, and that will give you access to all our classes for that month.

    3. Lastly, you can consider our 10hr/20hr class passes, which are $200 and $350 respectively and valid for 3 and 6 months. This is better than the drop-in rate, if you can only come a few times each month!

I hope this helps to make our fee structure clearer for you! Hit our Help tab on the left if there are any other questions we can help you with! Hope to see you at classes soon, Fitree!

    Have a great Monday!
