Class Revamp!

Class Revamp

Because vamping it once just isn’t enough.

March is a month of change! So this month we started implementing a new Curriculum and we’ve also reimagined our classes to be able to offer you 5 different types of classes!

Having said that, weekday mornings are now Parkour Conditioning, focusing mainly of getting your body ready, stronger, and more flexible, weekday evenings are our regular Parkour classes, encompassing a bit of conditioning and Technique, and weekends are Parkour Flow, where you have a chance to put into practice all you’ve learned during the week.

Tuesday and Wednesday Afternoons are still Parkour Family, where parents and kids can have a chance of exploring and bonding through movement.

Plus we have our Running Basics on Thursday Mornings – which at the moment are FREE – so come on down and invite your friends and build your speed and stamina!

Come to class to find out about our new Parkour Curriculum that we’ve also rolled out! See you there!

About Keann C.

More than anything else, Keann Chong believes in living life. He was fascinated one day when he climbed up on a roof and realised that he could spend the longest time up here in plain view, looking down, because it was perfectly natural that nobody would look up, out of their daily schedule and commute. Some time after, he discovered parkour when invited to a beginner’s workshop conducted by the local community in Bishan. More than a movement and a way to keep fit - it is also his personal way of saying “I am not afraid of life” and “I choose to live in possibility”. This streetdance and parkour student is very interested in learning how to combine both his passions to put form to his feeling - he believes that the way you move is very much an expression and reflection of who you are.
