iPKF3

No festival is complete without a film festival.

If you were poring over our Jump Asia Program, you might have noticed our iPKF3 – International Parkour Freerunning Film Festival. Have you been wondering what this might be?

With so many of us in the parkour community in Asia travelling to Singapore this July, we thought it would be a great time to share and celebrate many of the videos and films that inspired us to get started in the first place.

From 4-6 July during Jump Asia, we will be screening some of the best Parkour Action that we know and love on the big screen. It promises to be a great time of sharing!

How would you like your Parkour Film / Video to be screened? We’ll here’s your chance – submit your parkour video and it may just be screened on one of the nights and potentially win some cool prizes!

Check out the Facebook Note here for more details on how to submit your film.

About Keann C.

More than anything else, Keann Chong believes in living life. He was fascinated one day when he climbed up on a roof and realised that he could spend the longest time up here in plain view, looking down, because it was perfectly natural that nobody would look up, out of their daily schedule and commute. Some time after, he discovered parkour when invited to a beginner’s workshop conducted by the local community in Bishan. More than a movement and a way to keep fit - it is also his personal way of saying “I am not afraid of life” and “I choose to live in possibility”. This streetdance and parkour student is very interested in learning how to combine both his passions to put form to his feeling - he believes that the way you move is very much an expression and reflection of who you are.
